Are your fragrances eau de parfum?

Yes. Our fragrances are Eau de Parfum, designed with a higher fragrance concentration than a typical body mist or splash spray.

How long does the fragrance last?

Longevity can vary depending on skin type, environment, weather, and how much is applied. In general, our fragrances are designed for daily wear and can be reapplied as needed.

For best performance, apply to pulse points such as the wrists, neck, and chest. Avoid rubbing the fragrance into the skin after spraying.

Are your fragrances inspired by designer scents?

Some of our fragrances may be inspired by popular scent profiles or fragrance styles, but Hall Fragrance Co. is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any designer brand or fragrance house.

Are the products safe to use on skin?

Our fragrances are intended for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, broken skin, or irritated skin.

Because fragrance products may cause sensitivity for some individuals, we recommend a small patch test before regular use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Are your fragrances flammable?

Yes. Our Eau de Parfum products contain alcohol and are flammable.

Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, and direct sunlight. Do not spray near fire, flame, or while smoking. Store in a cool, dry place.

What size are the bottles?

Our launch collection is offered in 30 mL / 1.0 fl oz bottles.

How should I store my fragrance?

Store your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. Keeping the bottle closed when not in use will help preserve the fragrance.

How long will my fragrance stay good?

Fragrances typically perform best when used within 12–24 months after opening, depending on storage conditions.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, returns may be limited once a product has been opened or used.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review the situation and help make it right.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on the next steps.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery is typically estimated at 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.
