Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During product launches, high-volume periods, or limited drops, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, package weight, and delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Hall Fragrance Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
